Clear Time Off is developed by SomCom, an innovative web application developer who has created a number of human resource tools and apps to work seamlessly together.
Clear Time Off is the first of these SomCom Apps and will shortly be joined by more. To make it easier for companies to set up our apps, including Clear Time Off, we’ve provided a separate secure location for your company hierarchy, and users and permissions within a SomCom Apps account.

Think of your SomCom App account as a place to store your organisation’s department/team structure. Having this in place means that you can sign up to any of our apps as we build them without having to re-input any of your team's basic details all over again for each app. Your SomCom Apps account has been set up to provide a secure place to store all your personnel and password details.
Clear Time Off and our other apps pull this data from your SomCom Apps account and uses that as its initial setup so you don't have to enter it all over again.
The advantage of having a SomCom Apps account is that it is both extra secure and you’ll never have to enter these details more than once, no matter how many of our apps you sign up for in the future. Details are transferred seamlessly between the apps you’ve chosen to sign up for and registration is both straight forward and logical.
What this means is that when you sign up to Clear Time Off you automatically open a SomCom Apps account too.

Our development team have over 40 years experience of creating unique and purpose built software applications. We have a sister company, Joinerysoft, who writes specialist software for the joinery industry and SomCom benefits from the trading of ideas, additional resources when required and specialist skills.
We have an extensive testing platform of independent companies that use our software and provide feedback so we can make our software even better.
